SERIES' SUMMARIES
Sometime in 2004 I began
reviewing selected
series in an episode by
episode way, where I
called these reviews
EPISODIC THOUGHTS.
These thoughts are
mostly summaries of each
and every episode with
my opinion of that
episode included in it
as well. I may not
provide the most in
depth summaries but I am
very proud of the fact
that I could keep the
writing on such a long
winded basis each and
every night for the
entirety of the series.
I don't do this for each
and every series though
because it kills a lot
of brain cells, mine as
well as fellow netizens
who often joined in the
discussion by posting
informative stuff. These
thoughts are still open
for feedback and

Actually when there was news that Bloom was starring in Kingdom of Heaven, I was wondering how this skinny actor could pull off the role of a medival warrior (like in Troy... my goodness, no muscles....). Luckily he has since gained weight and done some workout for the role. I haven't watched the movie but I must say from the trailers and posters and all, he does look hunky. But I dun think I'm gonna watch it anyhow. Such movies tend to get too depressing and gory...
As for Star Wars 3, I share the same sentiments with u. Maybe I'll give Lucas one more chance, though I'm actually praying that he secretly got someone else to write his screenplay for him, save us all the corny lines and paper-deep characterization... And yes, for the sake of Ewan McGregor as well.
Ever heard of The Island (http://www.theisland-themovie.com/)? Stars Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson and should be released later this year. I'll be looking fwd to that one ^^.
I've never really been a fan of Orlando Bloom, despite all of my girl friends drooling all over him. Maybe I have strange taste, hehe...
Madagascar is releasing May 27 but I'm not sure it's a worldwide release or just for US. http://www.madagascar-themovie.com/
The animation and storyline looked promosing. Plus I really like Ben Stiller (nvm that most of his movies are harmful to our braincells).
I also look forward to the movies stated by Sehseh BUt not Madagascar. If I am not mistaken this is by Dreamworks? Any animation by Dreamworks, I condemn and I will refuse to even mention it!
I can't imagine Orlando Bloom in any other type of movies other than period dramas, so I didn't question the casting decision in Kingdom. I mean he looks naturally good, heroic and darn good looking even with dirt on his face. But his best was still Legolas. Who could imagine, long blonde hair, fair flawless clean no stubble skin, skinny body and tight pants ala Robin Hood could be soooo sexy? Never before Legolas and never after! But his acting is still so-so.
