SELECTED POSTS
This page, NEWS & UPDATES which is
actually the index page of this website has
grown into a huge database of my almost
daily ramblings of all stuff I hold dear to
my heart, including gossips of the most
sordid kind. For your convenience, I have

SERIES' SUMMARIES
Sometime in 2004 I began
reviewing selected
series in an episode by
episode way, where I
called these reviews
EPISODIC THOUGHTS.
These thoughts are
mostly summaries of each
and every episode with
my opinion of that
episode included in it
as well. I may not
provide the most in
depth summaries but I am
very proud of the fact
that I could keep the
writing on such a long
winded basis each and
every night for the
entirety of the series.
I don't do this for each
and every series though
because it kills a lot
of brain cells, mine as
well as fellow netizens
who often joined in the
discussion by posting
informative stuff. These
thoughts are still open
for feedback and
discussion. Do check

Never again!

I was so stupid today. Thinking I got enough petrol to reach that BP station near that Stadium Merdeka, I didn't pump more petrol and like more than half way through that bloody jam in the bloody rain with so many bloody cars, my blood drained from my face when I saw that arrow reaching slowly to the red zone and slowly towards E for empty! I was so stressed, that I called my sister and screamed help! Help! Her advice was to keep driving on the left just in case and so I did, off the air cond, radio, even my window because it is power window you see and I was sweating, heart beating so fast and so very scared. But thank God for my Kelisa, it reached the BP petrol just in the nick of time.
I swear..NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why why why so jam? No serious car breakdown, no flood, no nothing just jam jam jam and yet so jam!
Sighhhhh...oh yeah users of Streamyx, may I ask do I wait for the monthly bill to arrive before I pay anything or do I automatically go pay?

You shouldn't be worried. When you've the first warning of empty feul (light), the car is good for another 8 to 10 miles. I've the same experienced when i was driven from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. My friends insisted not to fill up gas when it was half tank. We was so scared when we saw it hits the E-Zone, and we saw nothing but desert. We turned off AC, radio and prayed really hard for a gas station. somehow the car continued to roll for at least 20 miles. Finally, we found it. From then on, i always filled up gas before passing through that desert.
Your posting today bought back a sweet memory, we too had the same experience.. but like anon says when E is blinking that is critical else it should last few quite a distance.
My incidents.. during school days (back in the 80s) .. me & my g/friend driving my dad Datson 120Y ... drive looking so hard for a petrol station (our E is blinking) so when we made it to the petrol station, we dig into our bags, I realise I got only RM2 (in sylling) and my g/friend left her purse at the swimming pol locker... it was such an embrassing moment to ask the attendant to fill up our car for only RM2.00, the attendant must have been looking for a motorbike to fill up instead of a car, but we made it home.
BTW our joke is E stands for enough to get you there and the F is actually stands for Finish...
